These terms govern your use of the MeasureJob website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What MeasureJob is
MeasureJob provides free online calculators and related guides to help you plan projects and work out measurements. The calculators produce estimates based on the values you enter and on common formulas and industry conventions.
Estimates, not professional advice
The results from our calculators are estimates intended for planning purposes only. They are not engineering, construction, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional.
Material estimates depend on the values you enter, on real-world conditions, and on choices made during a build, so actual quantities and requirements can differ. You are responsible for checking results against your own measurements, your local building codes and regulations, and manufacturer specifications before you purchase materials or begin any work. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
No warranty
The site and its calculators are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeasureJob and its operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any result it produces. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of materials ordered, project delays, or work carried out based on a calculator’s output. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, interfere with its normal operation, or reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of it for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
The content, design, calculators, and text on MeasureJob are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for your own personal or professional planning, but you may not copy, redistribute, or republish substantial parts of it without permission. You are welcome to link to any page on the site.
Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services such as analytics and advertising. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Any third-party site you visit is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time, and when we do we will revise the “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the EU and we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body. In Sweden, this is the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), at arn.se. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply in full.
